Fees and Refund Policy
Service Fees

Our service fees cover consultancy, application assistance, documentation support, and guidance throughout the admission process. Fee structure is as follows:

Registration Fee: Non-refundable fee payable upon enrollment

Consultancy Fee: Covers counseling, university selection, and application support

Documentation Fee: Covers assistance with document preparation and verification

Visa Fee: Covers visa documentations by us and the fees taken by embassy or any third party.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are processed according to the following guidelines:

Registration fee is100% non-refundable under any circumstances

Consultancy fees are 100% non-refundable once visa Granted by the university.

Partial refunds may be considered if services are terminated before completion

Refunds for university fees are subject to the respective university's refund policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the event

Processing of approved refunds may take 30-45 business days

Ten Overseas Education is not responsible for any fees paid directly to universities, embassies, or other third parties. Such refunds must be sought directly from the respective institutions.
